I made this blog partly to keep myself interested in cooking -- it's easy to eat only nachos and rice pasta when no one is looking -- but mostly to help other gluten-free vegetarians, or any gluten-free food-lover.
This blog is about inspiration. It will mainly consist of pictures and descriptions of my meals to let my meat-free, wheat-free friends know that there is more to gluten-free vegetarian food than baked potatoes!
I don't, however, post many recipes. I'm not a culinary genius, and I'm not interested in reposting others' work/stealing intellectual property. If I post about food I made from a recipe, I'll tell you where to find those instructions and link to either the Amazon page if it's a cookbook or the site if it's a blog post. The recipes I do post are my own.
